THE FIRST TIME BUYER - KITCHEN CONVERSATIONS, EPISODE 1

Alright people, this is WAY out of my comfort zone.

I'm starting a video series and I'll be answering some of my most frequently asked questions about the buying and selling process. This week... the first time buyer and my most commonly heard concern about the whole process!

I have had so many people tell me that they have no idea how they are ever going to be able to buy a home because they didn't have any idea how they were going to save up enough to put 20% down...

*Spoiler Alert* you do NOT need 20% down! Yes, that used to be standard, and yes, that is the threshold you usually have to hit in order not to pay mortgage insurance, but there are SO many other programs available to you that we'd love to help you find.

When I purchased my townhouse, I put 3% down and didn't have to pay mortgage insurance. You read that right 3%... NO PMI!

Even more exciting right now... $40K to pay off your student loans! If you have been wanting to buy a home, but those loans have been holding you back and simultaneously giving you an ulcer... call me! I would LOVE to show you how this program works. 40K of your student loans GONE with no repayment requirements if you:

  • Buy your home,

  • Stay there for 5 years

  • Make your mortgage payments on time

Probably one of the coolest programs I've seen in my 10 years in this business.

If you watched our video AND read this far, you are the real MVP and I would love to hear from you. Drop a comment below letting me know what you think! Don't forget to subscribe to my new channel so you can follow along with new and super exciting content.

You may even see tiny human in some upcoming footage! And DEFINITELY in the bloopers reel that will be coming soon!

Love, Real(tor) Mama
